What's Going On Sephora?! - Major Changes for Sephora Canada

Hey Lovelies.
This has been some very depressing news for Sephora Canada Customers.
First off I'm a VIB Rouge and I have LOVED the store from years.
But these changes recently has really been hard to take.
They now have a Canadian warehouse which means orders will now ship without any duty fees and Borderfree costs. Also it's been said to be less time to receive orders.
But the SUPER SAD part, Sephora has limited their products to a huge part.
They say it's because these products or brands do not comply with the Canadian packaging laws or contain certain ingredients.
LOTS AND LOTS of my favorite products from brands and whole lines of brands to order from have been cut.
There are some products that are still being transfered to their new warehouse so some items will show up soon, but I hope to see my items return that I have loved to purchase previously.
There MUST be something they can do like can we have the option of ordering from sephora usa for a little more cost?
I would do that just to order my products!
I spend a lot at Sephora and most, I mean most of my orders and purchases are from online, because the app is the best thing ever (or was).
I mean look at the photos above at some items from my loves list on the site, 13 of the 16 products I can no longer buy!!
Also the offers/free samples look a little lower.
Anything?! Please Sephora make these brands and some items from their line available: (list will update here once I find more items I can no longer buy)

- Korres, Ciaté London, Drunk Elephant, philosophy, Laura Mercier, Bobbi Brown, Kate Somerville, Origins, Dior, Giorgio Armani, Hourglass, Sunday Riley, Givenchy, Bare Minerals, Yves Saint Laurent, Murad, Clinique (some products containing SPF)

Here is some information as (from smartcanucks.ca):
Good and bad news for people who shop Sephora online.  Sephora is opening a Canadian warehouse (rumoured to be based in Ontario) which means that orders will now ship without any duty fees and Borderfree costs.  It should also cut down on the time it takes us to receive orders, great with the 30 day return policy when shipping can take over 2 weeks from order date.

Sadly, it also means that Sephora cannot stock certain items that do not comply with Canadian packaging laws or containing certain ingredients.  Sephora has released a list of the main brands that will no longer be available to Canadians:

Bobbi Brown (select products)
Bvlgari
CHANEL
Clarisonic
Clinique
Donna Karan
Giorgio Armani
Illamasqua (select products)
Lancôme (select products)
Laura Mercier (select products)
LAVANILA
L’Occitane
Michael Kors
Murad
Narciso Rodriguez
Perricone MD (DMAE products only)
Ralph Lauren
Shiseido (select products)
Silk’N
Strange that some of these are readily available in Canada, but if you buy harder to find products, you may need to look elsewhere or make friends with someone in the US to ship them to you.

There are currently other brands showing not available to Canada that should become available as items arrive in the Canadian warehouse.

xoxo
