Electronics items I have been loving 2, the first is the new Sims 3 Pets for XBOX 360/PS3, and the other is the iPhone app called "Bakery Story: Halloween, it's SO cute and VERY VERY addictive. I haven't had a addictive app game in a while but this one tops the list!
For music & movies I have been loving Koda Kumi's "4times" & Meisa Kuroki's "Hellcat". Also Koda Kumi's new song "Love Me Back" it sounds amazing, looking forward to purchasing it next month!!
Movies I love this month was Fast Five, Transformers: Dark Of The Moon, Monte Carlo, Bad Teacher, & the amazing all time favorite "Dead Ringer" with the lovely Bette Davis..
Which brings me to my other favorite old movies, I have been watching a-lot of older movies this month and I LOVE THEM!
My favorite shows this month are.. Desperate Housewives, Two & A Half Men, Hawaii Five-0, 90210, Ringer, Nikita, I Love Lucy, The Big Bang Theory.
This month I really have been addicted to the Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks (so yummy) but I also adore my homemade Cinnamon Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate. I also love the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard from Dairy Queen and I have been baking like crazy this month, I have made so many Vegan Pumpkin Pies this lovely October month. OMGAABC, the Lindor Mini Pumpkin Milk Chocolates that come out near halloween are my favorite chocolate ever!! SO Delicious!!
So that completes my monthly favorites for "My October Favorites".

Hey Everyone!
We all know Actor Russell Brand was named one of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals’ Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrities in 2011. Also he is best known for his roles in comedic films such as Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek, and Arthur.
Now Mr. Brand goes vegan.
He has been a vegetarian since age 14 and now..
Brand tweeted Sunday that he is now embracing a vegan lifestyle. He mentioned in his tweet that after seeing the documentary "Forks Over Knives", which focuses on the health benefits of a plant based diet he is supporting a vegan diet, he says “...goodbye eggs, hello Ellen,” referring to Ellen Degeneres, who supports a full vegan diet.
I'm happy to hear when stars make great health choices!
Congrats Russell! :)

Hi Beauties!
So Halloween is only one week away! I have been getting some emails about halloween and nail designs. So I wanted to share my nail art & designs of some very pretty halloween themed nail designs for you all.
Every couple of days while counting down till halloween I'll be posting a halloween nail art & designs post on my site.
The first is the look of "Candy Corn".
OMGAABC I cannot express how much I adore this look for this lovely October month.
Here is how to do it!

You will need:
* Barielle - Protect Plus Color Nail Strengthener (Beige)
* 2 coats of China Glaze - Papaya Punch (Orange Look)
* 2 coats of Opi - Fiercely Fiona (Yellow Look)
* 2 coats of OPI - Mummy Knows Best (White Look)
* Barielle - No Chip Speed Dry with Silk Protein (Top Coat)

Steps..
#1. Apply the base coat.
#2. Paint your nails all over the orange color, then wait at least 10 minutes for your nails to fully dry.
#3. Add the Yellow Stripe on the Top, It’s okay if the stripe isn’t straight. Candy corns aren’t perfectly striped, either.
#4. Add the White Stripe on the Tip of Your Nails. Also be sure to remember to paint the free edge of your nails so the tips are also white. It looks best like that. Then wait at least 10 minutes to allow for this to dry a bit so you don't mess up and smudge the design.
#5. Apply a Top Coat, I love Barielle's top coats the best.
#6. Your all DONE! Now have fun rocking your Candy Corn Nails! :)

I love this candy corn look and I have worn it in the past years while dressed up as a candy corn girl! Everyone loved it too!

Hey Everyone!
It's a beautiful Saturday morning and I wanted to make a post about the "top 4 things that are bad for your teeth". So here is the list!

#1. Sugar:
Sugar is bad for your teeth, doesn't matter if it's refined white sugar, brown sugar, or honey. It all reacts to your teeth the same.Sugar creates an acidic environment in your mouth, which persists for about two hours after it’s consumed. If you eat or drink a little bit of sugar every few hours, your teeth will be continuously bathed in the acid, which directly dissolves tooth enamel. So try to avoid it in processed foods especially. I know I do love some ketchup sometimes but try to not eat large amounts of anything with lots of sugar in the ingredients. Also when shopping for juices keep in mind that even though it may not have "Added Sugar" it still has a little bit of natural sugar from the fruits and veggies.
Last Thing.. Be sure to wait at least 20minutes before brushing your teeth since your enamel is not it's strongest after eating sugary foods. :)

#2. Raisins, Dried Fruit:
Now these next two are good for your health but not as good for your teeth because of the usually high sugar amounts. Plus, they can get stuck between teeth (also annoying) and stay there for hours, causing decay.
Last Thing., Be sure to always rinse your mouth out with water after you eat these types of food.

#3. Alcohol:
Not only is it bad for your health it dries out your mouth which reduces your  saliva production.
Also acidic, which dissolves your enamel.
Last Thing.. Be sure to brush your teeth about 20 minutes after drinking alcohol or rinse with some water.

#4. Soft Drinks:
Blah.. I really don't see a need for soft drinks, I haven't had one in a few years and I feel better in my health ways and also soft drinks are very bad to your teeth.
They all contain acid, whether they are sugar-free or not. Also the ingredients in soft drinks are very unhealthy.
Last Thing.. Try not to drink soft drinks.. I love water and coconut & almond milk & sometimes a nice glass of hot chocolate. But if you quit them right away then be sure to not brush your teeth right afterwards because acid softens the structure of teeth and makes them more susceptible to abrasion.

..If you like these "Health Minute" posts, let me know.. send me a email and I would love to hear your thoughts!..

The first pair'em scare'em contains two polishes, 1 OPI Black Shatter & 1 Glow-In The Dark titled "Zom-Body To Love".. I LOVE that name & I have been wearing it with it's black shatter and it looks SO GORGEOUS & SPOOKY! BOO!
The next is a adorable collection of 4 mini's "He's My Boo", Mummy Knows Best", "I Only Date Wearwolves" & "Zom-Body To Love".
I love the mini collection so much too. I feel like I'll be wearing the glow-in the dark green and black shatter duo even after halloween.. haha.

If you want to read more details about the new releases here’s the official OPI press release:

The Spook-ettes mini pack also includes free nail decals, along with instructions on how to create different nail art designs using the lacquers and stickers. For example, create a two-toned look with “Jack-in-the-Moon,” featuring a grinning face in a white full moon on a black nail, or go bold with “Welcome to Spider’s Corner,” showcasing a creepy-crawler layered over a bright orange hue.
Additionally, the Pair’em Scare’em duo pack will bring Zom-Body to Love and OPI’s bestselling Black Shatter together in a hair-raising pair. Inspired by graffiti art, Shatter leaves behind a crackled, two-texture finish when painted over completely dry OPI nail lacquer. Paint Shatter over two coats of Zom-Body to Love and add a top coat for a one-of-a-kind, glow-in-the-dark manicure.
“Halloween motivates us to express wild, imaginative concepts through hair, makeup, nails and costumes,” explains Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Executive VP & Artistic Director. “The Spook-ettes and Pair’em Scare’em lacquers allow consumers to get fun and creative with our Halloween colors by pairing them with themed nail decals or adding the captivating shatter effect.”
OPI products contain no DBP, Toluene, or Formaldehyde, and feature OPI’s exclusive ProWide™ Brush for the ultimate in application.
Spook-ettes ($16.95 CAN) and the Pair’em Scare’em duo pack ($20.95 CAN) will be retailed at Professional Salons and Spas.
