Merry Christmas!
Why not bake your dog a treat for Christmas?!! :)
These are super cute and extra easy. 
Paw prints made with melted carob and peanut butter, yummy for your dog/puppy.
He or She will be sure to be thankful for them.

Prep Time: 20 Minutes
Total Time: 2:35 Hrs:Mins
Makes 36 dog treats

Dog Treats:
1 cup brown rice flour
1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Toppings:
1/2 cup carob chips
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter

Heat oven to 300°F. In large bowl, stir Dog Treat ingredients until soft dough forms.
Divide dough in half. Using brown rice-floured rolling pin, roll each half to 1/4 to 1/8 inch thick on brown rice-floured surface. Cut with 1 1/2-inch round cutter. On ungreased cookie sheet, place cutouts about 1 inch apart. Use fingers to press paw print indents in cookies.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until dry and golden brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
In small microwavable bowl, microwave carob chips and peanut butter uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Spoon into resealable food-storage plastic bag. Use kitchen scissors to cut 1/8-inch hole in corner of bag. Squeeze bag to pipe carob mixture in paw indents of cookies. Allow cookies to stand at room temperature about 1 hour or until carob mixture is set.
Store in dog treat jar at room temperature up to 3 weeks.

Happy Holidays!
Here is how to make this Fruity, Sparkly, & Bubbly cocktail that's perfect for entertaining!

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Total Time: 15 Minutes
Makes: 12 servings

1/2 cup bourbon or brandy
3/4 cup ginger-flavored liqueur
1/4 cup clear orange-flavored liqueur
1/2 cup pure maple syrup Several dashes aromatic bitters
4 bottles (12 oz each) hard apple cider, chilled
Ice chunks or ice cubes, if desired
Red apple slices

In pitcher or punch bowl, mix bourbon, liqueurs, maple syrup and bitters. Slowly add hard cider.
Carefully add ice. Garnish with apple slices.
Makes 12 servings (2/3 cup each)

Check out the just released the Official Trailer for upcoming Hindi Film titled Special 26.

Watch the official trailer of "Special 26" which releases on 8th February, 2013.

Special Chabbis is an upcoming Bollywood heist drama film directed by Neeraj Pandey of A Wednesday fame. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles with Jimmy Shergill, Manoj Bajpai and Anupam Kher in supporting roles. The film is based on a real life group of con artists who pulled off many clever robberies during 1980's, they robbed famous businessmen & politicians by pretending to be the CBI or Income tax officers, on the pretext of conducting raids they would take away all the black money hoarded by them, the film also takes its concept from the real-life daring where the same group posing as CBI officers executed a daylight income tax raid on the Opera House branch of Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri in Mumbai, and disappeared with jewellery worth lakhs. The movie is set in the early 1980's.

Good Morning!
Here is a warm and delicious recipe for you, Chocolate Bourbon Pumpkin Cheesecake.
This is sure to get your guests at your holiday party talking about your dessert choice!

Prep Time: 40 Minutes
Total Time: 9:35 Hrs:Mins
Makes: 16 servings

Crust:
2 cups gingersnap cookie crumbs (35 to 40 cookies)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

Cheesecake:
4 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
4 eggs
4 tablespoons bourbon
1/2 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 1/2 teaspoons aromatic bitters
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Toppings:
1/2 cup caramel topping
2 teaspoons bourbon
Dash aromatic bitters
Toasted pecans, if desired

Heat oven to 300°F. Grease 9-inch springform pan with shortening or cooking spray. Wrap outside bottom and side of pan with foil to prevent leaking. In small bowl, mix Crust ingredients. Press mixture in bottom and 1 inch up side of pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Cool 5 minutes.
In large bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed just until smooth and creamy; do not overbeat. On low speed, gradually beat in sugar, then flour, then eggs one at a time, just until blended. Remove half of the cream cheese mixture (about 3 cups) into another large bowl; reserve.
Into remaining cream cheese mixture, stir 2 tablespoons of the bourbon, the pumpkin, 1 1/2 teaspoons bitters, the ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg with whisk until smooth. Spoon over crust in pan. Into reserved 3 cups filling, stir 2 tablespoons bourbon, the vanilla and melted chocolate; pour over pumpkin layer directly in middle of pan. This will create layers so that each slice includes some of each flavor.
To minimize cracking, place shallow pan half full of hot water on lower oven rack. Bake cheesecake 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes or until edges are set but center of cheesecake still jiggles slightly when moved.
Turn oven off; open oven door at least 4 inches. Leave cheesecake in oven 30 minutes longer. Remove from oven; place on cooling rack. Without releasing side of pan, run knife around edge of pan to loosen cheesecake. Cool in pan on cooling rack 30 minutes. Cover loosely; refrigerate at least 6 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
Run knife around side of pan to loosen cheesecake again; carefully remove side of pan. Place cheesecake on serving plate. Stir together caramel topping, 2 teaspoons bourbon and dash bitters. To serve, drizzle with caramel and sprinkle with pecans. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cheesecake.

Indulgent breakfast pastry meets warm and cozy apple crisp in these decadent, doable tarts.

Prep Time: 25 Minutes
Total Time: 50 Minutes
Makes: 8 servings

Cinnamon Filling:
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter, softened

Pastry:
2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

Crisp Topping:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/3 cup old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
1/3 cup chopped pecans
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Apples and Caramel:
1 1/2 cups chopped apples
1/2 cup caramel sauce, warmed

Heat oven to 375°F. Line two 15x10x1-inch pans with cooking parchment paper. In small bowl, mix Cinnamon Filling ingredients; set aside.
On work surface, unroll 1 can of dough into 1 large rectangle; press into 13x7-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Spread filling over rectangle.
Unroll second can of dough; press into 13x7-inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Place over filling; press dough onto filling. Cut dough lengthwise into 8 (13-inch) strips. Twist each strip 5 or 6 times, pressing loose filling into dough. Shape each into a coil; place on pan about 2 inches apart.
In medium bowl, mix Crisp Topping ingredients until crumbly; set aside.
Bake first pan of dough about 9 minutes or until set. Place chopped apples over center of each tart, using up half of apples. Spoon half of crisp topping evenly over apples, pressing slightly. Repeat with second pan of dough, remaining apples and crisp topping.
Bake each pan 10 to 12 minutes longer or until deep golden brown. Drizzle caramel sauce over warm tarts; serve warm. Cover and refrigerate any remaining tarts.

Hey Everyone!
Check out how to make this Snow Angel Elf Cookie "delicious as he is mischievous".
So cute and perfect for a holiday party!

Prep Time: 45 Minutes
Total Time: 1:25 Hr:Mins
Makes: 16 servings

1 pouch Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1 container Betty Crocker® Whipped fluffy white frosting
Red food color
2 tablespoons Betty Crocker® Whipped chocolate frosting
2 blue mini confetti sprinkles

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Make cookie dough as directed on pouch. Press dough in bottom of pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 30 minutes.
Place about 3 tablespoons white frosting in each of 2 small bowls. Leave 1 bowl white for mittens, collar and hat trim; add very small amount red food color to other bowl to make pink for face. To remaining white frosting, stir in enough red food color to make bright red for hat, body, arms, legs and mouth. Chocolate frosting will be for hair and blue sprinkles for the eyes.
Using sharp paring knife, cut cookie into shapes as directed on diagram. Place cookies on serving platter in elf shape. Frost and decorate elf as desired, using photo as guide.

Hey Lovelies!
Check out this recipe on how to make Elf and Friends Gingerbread Cookies, perfect paired with Elf Food!

Prep Time: 1:15 Hr:Mins
Total Time: 1:15 Hr:Mins
Makes: 24 cookies

1 pouch Betty Crocker® gingerbread cookie mix
Butter, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
1/2 container (1-lb size) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy vanilla or creamy white frosting
Few drops red food color
1 bottle (2 oz) Betty Crocker® Decorating Decors red cinnamon candies
2 blue mini confetti sprinkles
Betty Crocker® black decorating gel (from 0.68-oz tube)

Heat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, butter, water and egg until soft dough forms.
On generously floured surface, roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with 2 1/2-inch gingerbread person cookie cutter. On ungreased cookie sheets, place cutouts 2 inches apart. Using a bit of remaining dough, create elf hat by cutting triangle 1 inch long. Place hat on top of head of 1 gingerbread cookie.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of the frosting with food color to desired red color. Place remaining frosting into decorating bag fitted with round tip. Pipe white frosting on cookies. Use red frosting, sprinkles and decorating gel to decorating the 1 elf’s hat and face. Decorate all with cinnamon candies.
Makes 24 cookies
