What a perfect time to try out the Enjoy Life Foods Soft Baked Cookies in their improved taste line than the Holidays!
I loved they previous recipes for this line up of cookies so I was looking forward to see what they did with them now.
There are Chocolate Chip, Gingerbread Spice, Double Chocolate Brownie and Snickerdoodle.
Remember their products are free of: Wheat, Gluten, Milk, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Mustard, Sulfites, Egg, Seasame, Soy, Fish, Crustaceans and Shellfish.
Ok now first lets talk about the packaging update, look at it.. it's GORGEOUS!
BOLD, COLORFUL AND EYE CATCHING!
It's sure to capture you as your grocery shopping!
They have been and continue to be my favorite collection of cookies, I love love love the bite sized yummy treats, great texture (improved the cookie to be more moist), goes good with tea or coffee.
Their flavor selection are perfect and I hope to see more releases in the coming years (hope they even add holiday flavors would be cool to see!).
The Gingerbread ones have always been my favorite, I tasted a more stronger ginger taste for these ones (that was nice!), the sugar on top was a fun touch for kids (I actually liked it before without the sugar on top).
The Double Chocolate Brownie ones were divine, a nice cookie to serve at your next Holiday Party, your friends and family will love them! A delicious vegan double chocolate brownie with Chocolate Chips, like homemade little treats, full of bursting flavor, the scent of them brightens up the room!
The Chocolate Chips ones were fun too, these are the ones that you would leave out for Santa on the 24th! Sweet and complete with Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Chips, goes good with plain Organic Milk!
Lastly but not least are the Snickerdoodles, these are for the sweet tooth lover, complete with a sprinkling of cinnamon and sugar on top, loved the flavor notes of these.
