Books With Simi (Review) - "350 best vegan recipes" By Deb Roussou

Good afternoon and welcome to Books With Simi.. today's review will be on the book released April 2012.. titled "350 best vegan recipes" By Deb Roussou.
Back in March I reviewed a cookbook about Vegetarian Cooking.. so now this month I have a wonderful Vegan one to talk about!
408 pages and 24 color photographs are in this smooth and appealing cookbook..
If your looking for a cookbook to get you inspired into the Vegan lifestyle or if you need more information about vegan cooking read up all in this release.
I love how it teaches you great tips/serving sizes and the tools and equipment you need to cook Vegan and pantry supplies you should have. Also menu suggestions and how to cook Vegan from scratch.. which is designed to eliminate the need to purchase many hard to find expensive vegan ingredients, artisan breads! Here is a a couple of tips from the book..

* Roasted Garlic - is a simple matter, to roast garlic trim the top of the head just enough to expose the cloves. Place on a large square of foil, drizzle with olive oil, thyme, basil, oregano and/or rosemary, wrap the foil up-to enfold the garlic and bake in s 350* (180c) oven until tender, about 45 minutes.

* Bananas - when they start to become over ripe, place in the freezer for use in your morning smoothie.
