Health Minute: Gummy Fruit Snacks?

When you think of Gummy Fruit Snacks.. do you wonder if they are even a little good for you?
Well lots of the time packaging can try to confuse you by listing these candies as "Real Fruit" or "Made With 100% Fruit Juice", "No Artificial Colors or Flavors" & Even "FAT FREE!".
But really is that all that true? Are they really just made with Fruit.. the answer is NO. They also contain high fructose corn syrup with has been linked with obesity and unhealthy for your heart partially hydrogenated oils. Also PACKED with SUGAR! A health food NO NO.
Also icky Gelatin.

Healthier Choice:
Fresh or Dried Fruit.
I love Dried Mangoes, Apples, Apricots, Banana's & Pineapples.
This way you won't miss out on the fiber and health benefits that fresh fruit contains.
Also Cancer-fighting antioxidants, & Immune-boosting nutrients.
