What I Love: Mexican Spice Cookies

Hey Guys!
This recipe today is called "Mexican Spice Cookies".
It's a very cinnamon filled sugar cookie, and you all know how much I ADORE CINNAMON. :)
So here is how to make it..

Sugar cookie mix and spices bake up into a Mexican classic.

30 cookies

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
1 pouch Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
2 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon anise seed
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In small bowl, combine sugar and 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Set aside.
In medium bowl, combine cookie mix, flour, butter, egg, anise seed, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon until soft dough forms. Roll into 30 (1-inch) balls. Roll balls in cinnamon-sugar mixture. On ungreased cookie sheets, place balls 1 inch apart.
Bake at 375° F for 9 to 12 minutes or until set and light golden brown around the edges. Cool 1 minute; remove to cooling rack.
