Whole Foods Shopping and Cooking Up A Thanksgiving/Fall Dinner (Ideas and Recipes By Simi)

Hey Everyone!
It's Thanksgiving around the corner and also all fall gatherings and I was thinking to create some dinner ideas for you to share with your family & friends during your thanksgiving dinner & fall gatherings.
I call it "Whole Foods Shopping and Cooking Up A Thanksgiving/Fall Dinner (Ideas and Recipes By Simi)".
I thought to shop at Whole Foods because it's my top most favorite store to shop at to find all beautiful fresh produce including organic, they also have lovely bakery & fresh foods. Another thing that is amazing about Whole Foods is that they have so many local products available.
I never knew my city had so many local brands! It's really cool & fun to see.
I have 12 ideas and recipes by me Simi! to share with you all today, filled with gorgeous products all available at Whole Foods. Also because I do love beauty products too! I picked up 2 fall themed items that you all will adore.
I hope you enjoy reading and it inspires you to check out your local Whole Foods and the wickedly cool products they have to offer! :)

1. Cinnamon Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate
* 1 Cup of Organic Avalon milk (I used 2%)
* 2 Heaping tablespoons of Green and Blacks Cocoa Powder
* 1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon Spice (Brand Either: Frontier or Simply Organic)
* 1/2 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (Brand Either: Frontier or Simply Organic)
Topping:
* Dollop some "Isigny Ste Mere Creme a la Vanilla de Madagascar Whipped Cream" in a beautiful spin around
* Sprinkle a bit of Pumpkin Spice on top
* For a very fall festive feel, put a "Frontier Natural Product Co-op" cinnamon stick on the side of the whipped cream, it's so pretty

Warm the milk up, then put in the Hot Milk in the mug with the cocoa powder and spices, stir well. Then top off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice and a cinnamon stick on the side. I have been getting great complements on this drink at my parties. I think it's such a nice warm drink to go with any meal, it also looks so fall time pretty.

2. Vegan Pumpkin Pie

* 1/2 Teaspoon of Pumpkin Spice (Brand Either: Frontier or Simply Organic)

* When it's done baking, let it cool and put a Dollop of Whipped Cream on top

Unthaw the frozen pie crust for a few hours, then when ready take a bowl and put the milk and open the pumpkin pie mix can and pour in the bowl, add the pumpkin spice and stir in the egg replacer mix, stir all ingredients together slowly, then pour in pie shell. Bake at 425º for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350º for an additional 32-40 minutes.
