My Life: Little Tips To Get Fit!

Hey Beauties!

Here are some little tips on Staying healthy & keeping fit!
It;s is easy with these simple everyday tips!

  1. Drink a full glass of water before bed. This is good because it helps your skin stay hydrated while you sleep. So when you wake up in the morning, your skin is refreshed looking & eyes are gorgeous! I love this tip & recommend it to everyone! :)
  2. Drink another full glass of water the second you wake up, Not only will it help you feel reinvigorated, it also helps curb early morning sugar cravings .
  3. Snack wisely! When you’re craving a sweet or salty treat go for baby carrots or apple slices instead of greasy potato chips or high in calories bakery treats. I LOVE to snack on avocado's! they are my FAVORITE!
  4. When you go to the mall, walk around for at least 15 to 20 minutes before your go to your first store. Or, if you work (or go to school) take a few laps around your building during lunch. Every bit helps!
  5. Always skip the escalator (and elevator). Instead, make sure you ALWAYS take the stairs! Adding in these extra steps is a great way to squeeze in a little extra exercise. Its always best to choose health over convenience.
