I love finding cute local places to eat at and pick up goodies for parties I host.. with good quality products, and made with healthy ingredients.
This post will be about out a couple of goodies from the company called "Wendel's True Foods".
They first started baking their sweets in 1997 in their restaurant and bookstore. Wendel's Bookstore & Cafe located in historic Fort Langley, B.C. they now bake their handmade sweets in a 100% gluten free production facility, as well as a second standard ingredient facility.
Wendel's bakes their goodies in small batches to ensure quality and maintain a handmade look and taste!
They offer different products for different dietary needs.. Gluten Free, Egg Free, Dairy Free.
I'd LOVE to see Wendel's make a Soy Free selection of products, being allergic to soy.. my friends and family are not.. and they love the cookies so, I take their word and would like to share the thoughts on them for others who are not allergic to soy.. also because I do still serve products with soy in it to my guests at parties and they look like great bakery treats!
"Life Can Be Complicated, Food Should Not".
